Oatmeal Cranberry Choclate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cup quick–cooking oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all–purpose flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
4 tbsp. softened margarine (trans–fat free)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flours, flaxseeds, cinnamon, cloves, and baking soda; mix well.
3. In a large bowl, combine the tahini, margarine, and sugars; mix well.
4. Add to the sugar mixture the egg whites and vanilla; mix well. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips.
5. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
