Conveniently located close to Jacksonville and the historic Saint Augustine downtown, yet the residents of Beachwalk enjoy the tranquility of living on a barrier island, just minutes from the 2,400 acre Guana River preserve.

Incorporated in 1992 as a Florida not-for-profit corporation under the name Kingston Dunes Homeowner's Association, Inc, the community is also known as Beachwalk On Vilano and is commonly referred to as Beachwalk.
