Irrigation
  • chevron_rightCan I modify the portion of the irrigation system on my property?

    Any change to your irrigation system must be approved in advance by the association. Homeowner's are responsible for any cost associated with any such changes.  Contact the Property Manager before making any changes to the irrigation system on your property.

    During Daylight Savings Time (Spring/Summer)
     
      Lots with Odd Numbered Addresses are irrigated on Monday and Friday.
     
      Lots with Even Numbered Addresses from 100 to 208 are irrigated on Tuesday and Saturday.
     
      Lots with Even Numbered Addresses from 212 to 292 are irrigated on Wednesday and Sunday.
     
      Oceanfront Lots are irrigated on Monday and Thursday.
     
    During Standard Time (Autumn/Winter)
     
      Lots with Odd Numbered Addresses are irrigated on Monday.
     
      Lots with Even Numbered Addresses from 100 to 208 are irrigated on Tuesday.  
     
      Lots with Even Numbered Addresses from 212 to 292 are irrigated on Wednesday.  
     
      Oceanfront Lots are irrigated on Thursday.
     
Trash, Yard Waste & Recycling
  • chevron_rightWhat is the waste pickup schedule?
    Trash Pickup is Monday early.  
     
    Pickup for Recyclables (early) and Yard Waste is Wednesday.  
     
    All garbage should be placed in a sanitary trash can with a secure lid.  If put out the day of pick-up, a closed bag is required.  
    Household refuse, recyclables and lawn debris can only be placed in front of your house after 4:00 pm on the day before pick-up.
