Yes, the Beachwalk online Community Guide contains information about the use of common facilities (Beach Cabana, Club House, Pool, Tennis Court, Community Parking), rules for residents, services (lawn, utilities, trash pickup), your association governance, and rules concerning changes and/or improvements to your property.

Click Here to see the general rules we all respect to keep Beachwalk a special community.  If you are interested in rules of use that apply to specific areas (such as the pool, tennis court, etc.), please navigate to the Home page and click Documents and explore the Association Rules folder under Governing Documents. 
 

Any change to your irrigation system must be approved in advance by the association. Homeowner's are responsible for any cost associated with any such changes.  Contact the Property Manager before making any changes to the irrigation system on your property.
 

During Daylight Savings Time (Spring/Summer)

 

  Lots with Odd Numbered Addresses are irrigated on Monday and Friday.

 

  Lots with Even Numbered Addresses from 100 to 208 are irrigated on Tuesday and Saturday.

 

  Lots with Even Numbered Addresses from 212 to 292 are irrigated on Wednesday and Sunday.

 

  Oceanfront Lots are irrigated on Monday and Thursday.

 

During Standard Time (Autumn/Winter)

 

 

Trash Pickup is Monday early.  

 

Pickup for Recyclables (early) and Yard Waste is Wednesday.  

 

All garbage should be placed in a sanitary trash can with a secure lid.  If put out the day of pick-up, a closed bag is required.  

Household refuse, recyclables and lawn debris can only be placed in front of your house after 4:00 pm on the day before pick-up.
