E-Bikes on the Beach: It has been brought to our attention that e-bikes are damaging the mobile mat that goes from the cabana to the beach. These mats are very expensive.  If you are taking your e-bike to ride on the beach, we ask you to WALK the bike up and down and don't use the electric power on the mat. 
 
Watering of Lawns: As you are probably aware there is a watering ban for Saint Johns County. This means we are limited to run the sprinkler system only once a week.   You may want to water the dry spots in your lawn and your plants as needed.   

Beach Cabana: To keep our common areas, clutter free we ask that you do not store your personal belongings inside the beach cabana or outside on the deck. If we notice things that have been there for a couple of days, they will be discarded in the trash. Also, if fishing on the beach please don't discard raw shrimp, bait or fish cleanings off the deck or in the trash can. The odor is unpleasant and unbearable.

 

Pool Area: Same as above when it comes to your personal belongings. It's ok to move the pool furniture but if you choose to do so, but please place it back where it should be for we don't have a pool boy to do so. Also, we go through several umbrellas due to wind. If you open one, please close it before you leave. If you notice an umbrella open and no one is there, please close it.

 

Pets or animals are not allowed on the courts. Last week a resident found dog poop on the court. Six months ago we had the courts resurfaced and dog nails are not good for the surface. 

 

Trash Pick Up: If you are at the beach or pool on Sunday after 4pm, please bring the trash can to the road for Monday's trash pickup.

 

Recycling & Yard Debris Pick Up: Have your stuff out forn Wednesday.
